The modern design, simple modern rooms without overly fussy details. Simple and elegant boutique hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to many of the sites in the city. The staff is attentive and very helpful and friendly. The overall look is simple sophistication without being pretentious. I would certainly stay here again.
The light switchers were complicated! :) If the "relax" level of the lights were turned on and I needed to use the WC, I would have to click the WC light switch. But when done, I could not turn off the WC light switch alone. I had to turn off ALL the lights in the room, then turn them back on. Me and three other guests, who I did not know and met in the lobby, all joked about the light switches being overly complicated.

The hotel is in a quiet location just off Praca do Comercio. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean and well laid out. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of both hot and cold foods. The location was in easy access to the centre of Lisbon, with bus stops and Metro stations close by - in fact I can't think of anything negative to say, and would certainly use this hotel again.

This was a great boutique hotel. My husband and I always look for small, boutique hotels like this one because they offer better service, better design, and really care about their guests. This hotel definitely lived up to our expectations on these accounts.
A typical problem when traveling in Europe...our "double" room was two twin beds pushed together. They kept separating in the middle of the night. My husband fell through the crack at one point, so we ended up sharing a single bed. If you're a couple and plan to stay at this hotel (which we do recommend), I would just let them know you do not want two twin beds pushed together as your double.

Staff spoke English and could recommend sights. Room was quiet, beautifully done for comfort. Location was suberb for walking the city and very close to the water.

Beautiful design, spacious room, comfortable bed, extremely friendly personnel. Especially the female receptionist in the morning! wow!
one of the spotlights was blinking at times and needed to be replaced but that was not always so it's possible that hotel staff did not notice it.

Stylish hotel, it offers good services and favourable location near to the nightlife of Lisboa, the castle and the main shopping street, and the Praca do Commercio, shops, restaurants, metro, trams, tourist spots. I thoroughly enjoyed patient personnel that ensures guests have a real good stay. The breakfast is delicious with cheeses and dishes to chose from, for instance, has everything you need.

Hotel very well located, personnel nice and helpful, even though not always very knowledgeable.
Room on top floor incredibly small, even though it featured a cute little balcony, absolutely no hanging space for clothes, not at all fitting for a would-be 4-star hotel. The place tries to be very "design" (and succeeds to some extent), but one couple on vacation with their belongings couldn't survive more than a couple of nights in such a tiny space.

Very modern, clean and stylish hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only downside was the lack of storage / cupboard space in the bedrooms. Had absolutely nowhere to hang our clothes (Apart from a tiny wardrobe with 3 hangers).
